My passion is making sure your four-legged companion can be a part of your celebration safely, happily and without adding any extra stress to your day. I become your dog's trusted companion and very own 'plus one' on your wedding day or event.

A bespoke, all-inclusive service

 

Every dog is different, and every wedding is unique. That's why I offer a completely personalised wedding/event dog chaperone service, tailored to your plans and your dog's individual needs. Here's what I offer:

 

• Initial consultation to include introduction to your dog.
• Unlimited support in the form of calls/texts/emails/WhatsApps to the run up of your wedding day/event.
• Exclusive service. As a chaperone I will be available for you and your dog(s) exclusively for the whole day. No other event bookings will be taken.
• 'Get to know you' walks, (day care or overnight stays are charged as extra), prior to the big day.
• Dress rehearsal to ensure all runs smoothly on the day.
• Additional training with your dog for ring bearing duties if required.
• Dress and/or accessorise your pet with a choice of bow tie, flower accessory, luxury wedding lead, personalised bandana.
• Behind the scenes photographs and video footage.
• Collect your dog and safely transport to wedding/event venue(s).
• Arrive at venue minimum of 30 minutes prior to start time.
• Enjoy a walk pre and post wedding/event.
• Allow your dog to meet and greet guests prior to the arrival of the bridal party.
• Chaperone your dog and carry out all duties as discussed.
• Coordinate with photographer and assist with wedding photo shoots.
• Supervise and attend to the comfort requirements of your dog.
• Stay overnight at K9 Ventures following a trial night of home boarding (extra charge) or safely transport your dog home or to your chosen pet lodgings when all duties complete.

 

From collecting your dog from home, helping them look their very best, accompanying them to your ceremony, assisting with photographs, greeting your guests and ensuring they are calm and comfortable throughout, I take care of everything so you can simply enjoy your special day.

 

Your dog's wellbeing always comes first

 

Whilst it's wonderful to include your dog in your celebrations, weddings and events can be busy, noisy and overwhelming environments for some dogs.

 

For this reason, I recommend that your dog spends no longer than around two/three hours at your venue. After this time, many dogs begin to tire and can become overstimulated, with stress and anxiety levels increasing.

 

When it's time for a break, I'll transport your dog to my 5-Star Licensed Country Retreat where they can relax and recharge in peaceful surroundings.

 

There, they'll enjoy:

• Two acres of secure, secluded countryside and woodland
• Plenty of time to sniff, explore and unwind
• Fresh water and comfort breaks
• Calm, one-to-one care and attention
• Treats or a meal
• A quiet environment away from the excitement

 

If you'd like your dog to return later for additional photographs, to greet evening guests or simply be part of another special moment, I'll happily bring them back once they've had time to relax.

The cost of my bespoke wedding/event dog chaperone service is £495 for the day. Additional dog = £75. A £250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
